JAY MAX is a bilingual urban artist (singer/songwriter) from the New York City area.  Even though he is only 18, he has released multiple original songs in English and in Spanish on SoundCloud since he was 16 (SoundCloud.com/Jaylen-d).He is currently attending Berklee College of Music in Boston where he has been working with artists and producers at Berklee’s famous and state of the art recording studios and theaters. JAY MAX writes, self produces his tracks, plays piano, and  dances.  He started playing piano as a youngster and became more deeply involved in music during High School where he participated in musical theater throughout. He had the privilege of writing and recording an original song “Wanting” along with Jerry Barnes from Nile Rogers and Chic last year at the NYC famous Power Station recording studios. JAY MAX specializes in contemporary urban, R&B, trap, and reggaeton genres. He is bringing the Latin urban influence into the diverse scene of Berklee in a very innovative and unique way. He recently traveled to Medellín, Colombia to write and record at J Balvin’s studio ”574” his single “Si Te Quedas”. His most recent single “Sigo Aquí” is an infectious reggaeton track (out now on all platforms)and which has been included in several Spotify’s playlists.
